Humans destroyed the planet long before the aliens did, so when they finally attacked Earth, it was more an act of mercy than anything. The Last Breath follows the story of Elias, a boy surviving in an old war bunker with a snarky AI as his only link to the outside world. The AI assures him life is better in the bunker . . . that is, until the air supply starts to run out.
Alone and terrified, Elias discovers an unexpected companion. As they unravel the bunker’s secrets, they realize they share a common goal: survival.
Now, they must set aside their differences and come up with a plan of escape, but will they break free before the last breath is drawn? The countdown to freedom begins.
