FLANDREAU SANTEE SIOUX TRIBE Construction Project for Residential Homes REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe (the “Tribe”) is in the process of taking sealed bids for spring 2022 Residential Governor Home Construction Project. Bids can be submitted starting Monday, December 20, 2021 until Monday, January 3, 2022 at close of business day 5:00 p.m. Bid openings will be on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Bids can be submitted to the Flandreau Santee Sioux, Legal Department/Housing Project 603 W. Scope of Work Provide a complete basement foundations with attached garages for governor homes at the Tribe’s four home site locations, which will be provided at request.
