Custodian

Job Description: The custodian is responsible for the day-to-day cleanliness, house and grounds keeping of the Tribal buildings such as Tribal Courts, Tribal Childcare program, Wico Icaga Otipi Community Center, Natural Resources, and the Tribal Office building. The custodian will also take emergency clean up calls and maintain a daily log book. This position is responsible for scheduling weekly and/or monthly deep cleaning projects for all of the listed tribal buildings under the supervision of the Maintenance Facilities Manager. Performs routine checks for cleanliness, safety and repairs, and completes repetitive tasks on a continuous basis as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

The CHRO plans and implements Human Resource and employee benefit policies, and updates them periodically. CHRO ensures that all organizational personnel actions are carried out properly, strictly adhering to tribal and federal laws, and ethical standards.
