The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribal Health Center located in Flandreau, South Dakota is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our Providers, including one Family Medicine Physician and three Nurse Practitioners. The new Tribal Health Center was built in 2017 and provides patients with full medical home model services including urgent care, imaging and onsite CT, full pharmacy, laboratory, case management, optical, dental, behavioral health and an experienced clinical team.
