The Board of Trustees of the City of Egan, South Dakota met in special session on August 11, 2021 at the Egan City Hall, 110 W 3rd Street, Egan, SD. Present: Board of Trustee members John Steinhauer, Nancy Hansen, Brad Judstra, and Jerome Olson. Member absent: Cody Chamblin. Also present: Brenda Duncan-Finance Officer. The meeting was called to order by Steinhauer at 6:00pm. Motion by Olson, second by Judstra, to approve the agenda. All present voted “aye.” New Business: Brad Judstra notated conflict of interest on generator building. Motion by Hansen, second by Olson, to approve $10,233 for 20’ x 30’ x 10’ generator building from Juds Customs. Steinhauer, Hansen, and Olson voted “aye.” Judstra abstained. Motion by Hansen, second by Olson, to approve $5,000 for concrete for generator building from John Ryan Construction. Steinhauer, Hansen, and Olson voted “aye.” Judstra abstained.
