The Board of Trustees of the City of Egan, South Dakota met in regular session on June 16, 2021 at the Egan City Hall, 110 W 3rd Street, Egan, SD. Present: Board of Trustee members John Steinhauer, Brad Judstra, and Jerome Olson. Members absent: Cody Chamblin and Nancy Hansen. Also present: Brenda Duncan-Finance Officer, and Ben Ballard. The meeting was called to order by Steinhauer at 6:00pm. Motion by Judstra, second by Olson, to approve the agenda. All present voted “aye.” Motion by Judstra, second by Olson, to approve the minutes from June 16th and July 2nd meeting. All present voted “aye”. New Business: Motion by Judstra, second by Olson, to hold first reading of Ordinance 220 – Supplemental Appropriations Ordinance. All present voted “aye”.
