Associates Degree in Criminal Justice preferred, 2-3 years’ law enforcement experience strongly preferred. City Administrator Pederson will meet with Helms and Associates tomorrow to discuss the capital improvement plan for the airport. Code enforcement will be addressed at the next Council meeting as well tools available to streamline the enforcement process. Pederson then requested that Shane Waterman, Clark Engineering, provide a status report on the water and wastewater project. Mr. Waterman provided the requested report, indicating where construction crews are working as well as schedule information. He also shared that the contractor has been notified of the need to complete work in the area by the fairgrounds and school prior to the fair and the start of the school year. Mayor Bonrud entered the meeting at 6:40 p.m. and provided his report, indicating the recent Airport Fly-In was well attended despite wind issues that prevented EAA from providing free rides to youth. Motion by Sutton and seconded by Tufty to approve the Administrative Reports. The following members voted aye: Pesall, Sutton, Tufty, and Unger. Nays: None. Absent: Bjerke. Motion carried.
