Patient Registration Manager

This position will provide direct supervision, oversight and training to the Patient Registration, Dental, Optical and Behavioral Health receptionists. Ensuring smooth daily operations of appointment schedules and keeping current on updating patient registration information. Will insure HIPAA compliance. Must be familiar with clinic scheduling package (RPMS).

Education and/or Experience: Must have a high school diploma or GED required. Minimum of one (1) year experience in a clinic or office setting and 2-3 years supervisory experience required. Must be proficient on the computer. Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and submit to a background investigation.

The logo will be used on T-shirts, buttons, advertising and other promotional products or souvenirs. There’s a benefit for helping - $200 and a T-shirt (with your logo on it) from the event.

Drawings can be drawn by hand or computer generated. If drawn, they must be done on a 8 ½ x 11 inch bright white paper using black ink. If computer generated, they must be sent as in high resolution (300 dpi) jpg or a pdf.
