Accounting Clerk (2 Positions)
The accounting clerk is responsible for the day-to-day transactional activities of the organization which may include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. Responds to and resolves questions and problems related to the assigned areas.
Assistant Attorney General
The Assistant Attorney General will be tasked with the responsibility of prosecuting the Tribe’s Law and Order Code, and will work closely with Tribal Police and other local state and federal agencies to fulfill the positions’ obligations. The attorney will also assist with matters regarding the representation of the Tribe, Its departments and enterprises. The attorney will handle all adult criminal juvenile delinquency matters.
Corporate Counsel
The Corporate Counsel will be tasked with the responsibility of advising on and advocating for economic development ventures and projects of the Tribe and its tribal businesses. Will work closely with business partners, consultants, vendors, elected officials and outside legal counsel to fulfill the position’s obligations. This position will require knowledge of cannabis law, tribal lending gaming, land acquisitions, and business development.
Paralegal/Lay Advocate
This paralegal/lay advocate will assist and provide a range of legal support and administration to the Attorney General’s Office.
