The City Administrator informed Council that the SD Army National Guard will hold their annual city-wide cleanup at 8:00 a.m., on Saturday, September 10, 2016. They will be picking up appliances and scrap metal. A preconstruction meeting for the Downtown Street Light Project is scheduled for next Monday. Black dirt was added to the field at Southview Heights to level the ground. The next step is to seed it. A grant application for $15,000 matching grant funds has been mailed to SD Game Fish and Parks for their consideration to replace the playground equipment at the Broad Avenue Trailer Park.
