The Engineer will also provide verification and authorization of work in place, daily reporting, verify material costs and quantities, compile pay requests and verify quantities to be applied to modifications.

Work performed shall be by a Professional Engineer registered in the state of South Dakota. The contractor shall supply within the bid package a written narrative of the understanding of the project; to include qualifications as related to construction engineering on this type of road construction project and project work completed, as a prime contractor or subcontractor, within the last five (5) years.
