This is a Seasonal Temp office/field position encompassing primarily outdoor activities and some field preparation/clean-up activities in the office. The Water Quality Tech will assist in the monitoring of surface and ground water for biological, physical and chemical parameters to determine water quality. The Season will run from April to October. This position is not eligible for any benefits under the FSST handbook. Qualifications & Requirements: • Must possess a valid SD Driver’s license and insurable by the FSST. • Must submit to a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and P.L. 101-630 background check. Education and Experience: Applicant must have a G.E.D. or High school Diploma. An individual who is interested in Environmental Sciences as a future career is highly preferred.
