The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe is accepting applications/resumes for one Full Time Internal Auditor. This position will monitor and evaluate daily activities within the Royal River Casino for compliance to all Federal, Tribal Laws, Ordinances and Regulations. To test and assess the effectiveness of controls accuracy of financial records and efficiency of operations of the casino in order to protect the assets and reputation of the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe and to establish the objectives and goals of the Tribe. This position will be under the direct supervision of the FSST Executive Committee. The Internal Auditor will abide by the Code of Ethics as defined by Standard of Conduct of the FSST Internal Auditor. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting of four years, and Indian Gaming accounting experience. CPA preferred. This position must be able to hold a Key Gaming license with the FSST Gaming Commission. Must submit to background check and submit to pre-employment drug and alcohol testing. City employees Richard Jewett and Russell Kneebone have both set their retirement dates; Dick will retire on May 27, 2016 and Russell Kneebone will retire on June 17, 2016.
