The City Council of the City of Flandreau, South Dakota, met in regular session on Monday, December 4th, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at the City Council Chambers, 1005 W. Elm Avenue, Flandreau, SD. Upon learning that Happy Face Daycare will be closing in Flandreau, the State Department of Social Services contacted the City Administrator with a concern that there is a lack of licensed daycares in Flandreau. Finally, he reported that Brad Olinger left him a message indicating that he was relocating by the end of the year and would have to give up his seat on the Planning & Zoning Commission.
