The Call Center Manager creates a productive work environment by monitoring and providing feedback on team member productivity and performance, and ensuring compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines. Demonstrates skills in team orientation, problem-solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and ability to work well with people. Working knowledge of sales and customer services techniques and strategies; the ability to coach and mentor subordinate management staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks, effectively manages time, and prioritizes work responsibilities appropriately while maintaining attention to detail. Able to work in a fast paced and changing work environment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrates the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
