• Administer and review compliance with the tobacco operating budget.

• Inspects inventory to ensure it is correctly priced and displayed.

• Ensures compliance with the sale of tobacco to applicable laws.

• Graduate of a Community College or Vocational school HVAC program with Licensure or Certification required.

• Check all invoices for shortages and proper billing.

This position performs Court Magistrate duties, prepares and distributes child support payments to agencies or individuals on a monthly basis. Responsible for issuing various tribal licenses, collecting fees and fines ordered by the Court.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Must have a high school diploma, paralegal training, or experience preferred. A minimum of two (2) years prior secretarial experience. Knowledge of legal terminology. Knowledge of typewriter keyboards. Must be able to type 50-70 wpm.

Must know English grammar, spelling, and punctuation in order to correct obvious errors in material being typed. Computer skills required, specifically proficient in Word, WordPerfect, and Windows. Knowledge of fax and copy machine operation and troubleshooting. Prior administrative experience preferred. Must be physically and mentally able to carry out the demanding duties of the office. Must be a Notary Public licensed in the State of South Dakota or able to obtain a license.

Female & Male Figure Drawing Models This position entails modeling nude for approximately 2 ½- 7 hours per week.

The aim for the figure drawing class (ART 213) is to teach students to accurately represent the human figure so they can further their drawing abilities, and take this knowledge into their respective areas of study. The models will be asked to hold static poses for between 2 minutes to 2 hours (with breaks for stretching on any pose held longer than 25 minutes). All sizes/shapes of models are welcome and encouraged to apply. The instructor will work with models to find comfortable poses that can be held that are longer in duration. This is a respectful environment, and models will only be set up in a blocked off area of the classroom. The door will be closed at all times during class. Cell phones and computers are not allowed in the drawing area (for model privacy) and models will be asked to wear a long robe any time they are not actively modeling.
