The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for providing five star-rated quality health care, housing and community based services to incapacitated individuals and older genera;ons by helping residents live the lives that most inspire them. This Nursing Home will offer many services including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. The Nursing Home Administrator will oversee daily func;ons of our senior care community and lead staff, build referral rela;onships, and market services. Our ideal candidate has an ac;ve administrator’s license, leadership experience in older adult services and cultural sensi;vity knowledge about Na;ve Americans is highly preferred. We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to serving older adults, excellent people and financial management skills, and the ability to interface effec;vely with families and residents. SUMMARY: The delivery driver will be responsible for making various deliveries throughout the Flandreau area and ensure deliveries are made timely and safely. On occasion, the driver may also drive/ chauffer elders to various events and work some evenings.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Education for the purpose of this position is not required; however, a High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable. Summary:

The Tribal Housing Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance of houses, offices, infrastructure, and common areas that are owned and managed by the FSSHA consistent with applicable FSSHA policies, Federal regula?ons and Tribal ordinances. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of maintenance personnel along with establishing procedures to assure compliance with the FSSHA adopted policies, specifically the adopted Maintenance Policy, Procurement Policy, and applicable adopted housing quality standards. Other general responsibili?es include materials management, inventory control, property disposi?on, developing forms, cost forecas?ng and controlling costs required by budgetary constraints, vehicle maintenance and equipment use. The Maintenance Supervisor may also be responsible for assis?ng with the coordina?ng and inspec?ng houses owned and managed by the FSSHA as determined by the Execu?ve Director. The Maintenance Supervisor may also be required to perform other du?es as assigned.

Minimum Qualifica>ons: • Must pass and maintain a P.L. 101-630 Character Background check.

• Be in possession of a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under FSSHA’s vehicle insurance.

• At least three years of experience in carpentry, grounds keeping, and HVAC. • Gradua?on from high school or equivalent, graduate of a Trade School Highly preferred.

• Minimum of three years supervisory experience.

• Proficiency in use of MicrosoT Office applica?ons.

Makes referrals to other agencies and/or providers as appropriate; assists clients in accessing health and community services as needed. Works with physicians to establish and carry on work of maternal, child health, immunizations and primary prevention activities.

Education/training: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program. Licensed Registered Nurse. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Current South Dakota license. Two (2) years of experience in Health Education/Community Health/Public Health. Strong skills in patient education, critical thinking and independent decision making.
