The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for providing five star-rated quality health care, housing and community based services to incapacitated individuals and older genera;ons by helping residents live the lives that most inspire them. This Nursing Home will offer many services including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. The Nursing Home Administrator will oversee daily func;ons of our senior care community and lead staff, build referral rela;onships, and market services. Our ideal candidate has an ac;ve administrator’s license, leadership experience in older adult services and cultural sensi;vity knowledge about Na;ve Americans is highly preferred. We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to serving older adults, excellent people and financial management skills, and the ability to interface effec;vely with families and residents. SUMMARY: The delivery driver will be responsible for making various deliveries throughout the Flandreau area and ensure deliveries are made timely and safely. On occasion, the driver may also drive/ chauffer elders to various events and work some evenings.
