Thank you seems so simple of words for all the feelings of appreciation, and comfort, which have been shown to us by countless family and friends with the loss of my wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. The food, paper goods, cards, hugs, daily phone calls, memorial gifts, words of comfort and countless other gifts were not gone unnoticed. A huge thank you goes out to the Flandreau Hospice nurses, especially Leanne Amdahl, RN, the hospice Caregivers who help with Ann’s personal cares, Pastoral care that brought spiritual healing. Thank you to Pastor Dick Poppen for his many visits to our home, his prayers of strength and for honoring Ann’s wishes for her memorial services. A special, thank you to Dr. Val Larson and her nurse, Tracy who were always just a phone call away.
