Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Must be able to tutor up to Algebra level and help with writing and grammar up to high school level. Maintain upkeep of vehicles and all power equipment. Maintain an objective, professional profile in dealing with tenants, suppliers, and the general public. High school diploma or GED is required. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance and a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience and/or a combination of the two requirements. Must have a valid South Dakota driver’s license.
