The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service for all 605 Lending Customers. This position fields incoming phone calls, emails and/or live chats from customers to address a variety of needs and follows up on voicemails and emails sent by customers as well as placing outbound calls to customers. Education and Experience: • • • • • • • • • • •
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year experience preferred working in customer service in a call center environment. Must have excellent and professional verbal communication skills; required to speak with proper grammar, excellent enunciation, and a friendly tone of voice. Must have effective and professional written communication skills. Operates with a Customer Service mind set; identifies customer needs, adjusts approach based on customer needs, has a helpful and courteous attitude. Handles all customer calls with a positive attitude; demonstrates initiative and creativity in identifying customer and business needs. Able to work in a fast paced and changing work environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks, effectively manages time, and prioritizes work responsibilities appropriately while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to calculate basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) without use of calculator. Proficient in typing and 10-key. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Internet Explorer.

The Grant Writer is a member of the business development team, responsible for conducting the full range of activities required to identify, prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals. Full-Time Public Relations/Communication Specialist–Open Until Filled The The PR/CS promotes the image and activities of the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe by consistently maintaining contact between the Tribe and the public. This position is also responsible for researching and disseminate information on upcoming tribal, regional, state, and federal events to the tribal membership and tribal employees. This position is responsible for providing marketing services to the Tribe’s businesses. Education Assistant-Open 1-17-2024 Closes 1-31-2024 The The Education Assistant will assist the Education Director and Department with various tasks. Collaborate with the Education, Dakota Language, and Recreation offices with programs, events, and day to day duties. This position will work with the Flandreau Public School and other schools to provide educational programming for the youth and tribal community. Schedules will vary and may include some evenings and/or weekends. This is a full-time position. Associates Degree, or other relevant degree; or one-year experience working with youth, tutoring or in the education field; and/or a combination of higher education-College credit. Full-Time Roads/Transportation/Fleet Manager –Open Until Filled The Roads/Transportation/Fleet Manager works closely with the Executive Committee and Bureau of Indian Affairs on all aspects of the Tribal Transportation Program to include construction, procurement and management of all federal transportation projects. Transit planning and development of all Moody County. This position will be responsible for all Transportation and Fleet Manager duties.
