SES 7.8 THE FASTEST SMART ENVE SYSTEM WHEEL YET.

When the race is against the clock, the SES 7.8 is up to the challenge. Reducing tradeoffs between aerodynamics, stability, weight, and stiffness, the 7.8 is the perfect tool for road races and triathlons. The SES 7.8 features asymmetric rim profiles that improve efficiency of airflow discovered with

wheel-in-frame development.

The Smart ENVE System 2.2 is the ultimate climbing wheel. Unlike other SES wheelsets, the 2.2 features the same rim geometry front and rear. In terms of tire fitment, the SES 2.2 is optimised with 25mm tires and the clincher version is tubeless compatible. Because the SES 2.2 is designed to be ridden up and down mountains, we upped the performance level of our molded brake track technology. This new brake track texture improves braking performance by as much as 30% over previous versions and performs equally well in wet or dry conditions.

The SES 650c is a super-fast, stable road clincher. Like all SES wheels, the 650c underwent in-frame development to ensure the wheel’s smaller size was aerodynamically optimised on the most advanced 650c aero bikes. The front wheel is shallower and wider to maximise stability in cross-winds. The rear wheel is narrower and deeper to maximise drag reduction off the back of the bike. Disc brakes are appearing on aerodynamic bikes and the SES 7.8 Disc is ready.

Most manufacturers repurpose their rim optimised wheels by covering brake tracks with decals and adding disc hubs. Removing the brake track allows for optimised rim curvature, better aerodynamics and impact resistance. Additionally, the SES 7.8 Disc wheels are lightweight as material need for heat management has been eliminated.

The ENVE Carbon Road Hub features a patent pending full carbon fiber hub shell and is built using the DT Swiss star ratchet system providing superior performance vs. traditional three pawl mechanisms.

The carbon road hub improves upon the stiffness of a traditional DT Swiss build while offering equal durability at a substantially lower weight. The ENVE Carbon Road Hub uses continuous carbon fibers to create unique full carbon hub flanges. Each spoke hole in the flange is molded rather than drilled to ensure light weight and high strength. SES ROAD BAR

The Smart ENVE System Aero Road Bar is made from 100% uni-directional carbon fiber and is the stiffest and most aerodynamic bar in the lineup. The SES bar features internal cable or electronic routing to save valuable watts. The shape of the bar is wind-tunnel and CFD tested for efficiency. The bulk of aero gains are made by reducing the rider’s frontal area, where the majority of drag occurs. The position on the hoods can be maintained for long periods without sacrificing power.

The drops of the bars are flared for wrist clearance and confident handling in sprinting and descending.

SES AERO BAR

The most effective way to go faster is to reduce aerodynamic drag in both position and equipment and the SES Aero Bar is one of the most adjustable bars for racing the clock. The base bar is 40cm wide with an aggressive forward sweep that reduces drag and is constructed of 100% unidirectional carbon fiber featuring internal routing compatibility with Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo. SES AERO CLIP ON

SES Aero Extensions integrate seamlessly with the SES Road Bar and provide the best solution for athletes looking for refined aerodynamics in TTs and draft legal races.

The Aero Clip-Ons are constructed from uni-directional carbon fiber and aluminum and share the same extensions as the SES Aero TT Bar. If desired, shifters may be run on the extensions. Carbon pad carriers allow for a smooth, dampened ride while a reversible 8-hole pattern ensures the perfect position can be achieved. Molded neoprene pads provide a comfortable and slip-free surface.

ROAD CLIP ON

ENVE Clip-On Extensions share the same design features as the SES Aero Clip On but in a package that can be installed on any 31.8mm clamp diameter, clip-on compatible handlebar. The extensions can be cut to a J-bend or S-bend shape in a range of lengths to accommodate a rider’s position. The ENVE Road Stem is a staple in our lineup and is often underappreciated for the benefits it provides. On the road, the 100% uni-directional carbon body provides a lightweight structure that offers torsional and lateral stiffness to ensure steering inputs and sprinting are both positive and confidence inspiring. Over rough roads, the carbon fiber laminate helps absorb vibration and reduces fatigue. To further reduce weight, all stem hardware is constructed from titanium. The faceplate is cold-forged aluminum and allows for a highly reliable and strong, slip free grip on the handlebar.

SEATPOST

The ENVE Seatpost features a unique, patent-pending twin bolt design making adjustments a breeze and ensuring your saddle remains secured. The horizontally opposed bolt and wedge design allows for easy access to the hardware and mechanically locks the saddle in the desired position. The saddle angle is achieved by tightening and loosening the bolts, raising or lowering the nose of the saddle. The seatpost comes with two upper cradles for round or oversize rails. Seatpost cradles and wedges are made from coldforged aluminum while the bolts are made of stainless steel for reliability.

The ENVE M50 Fifty is a fast, cross-country specific mountain bike wheelset and showcases ENVE’s M Series technologies and promises a ride experience second to none for XC riding and racing on both hardtails and short-travel suspension bikes. Given that the typical XC racer chooses either a hardtail or short-travel suspension bike as their bike of choice, the M50 features a fully uni-directional

The ENVE M60 Forty pays tribute to the sport of mountain biking by honoring human powered climbs and technically challenging downhills. Some riders will view the M60 as the ultimate trail wheelset; others will acknowledge its light weight and use it for everyday XC riding. Durability is a factor in achieving downhill confidence and the M60 delivers high levels of performance through optimised geometry that helps dampen impacts while maintaining a high level of lateral and torsional stiffness to ensure true tracking through the roughest terrain.

If you’re like us, we love riding mountain bikes, and on occasion, race them. The M60 HV is optimised for long rides into the backcountry that feature big climbs and rowdy descents, yet light enough for the occasional race day. Taking what we learned from the original M60, we increased the internal and external width 3 millimeters to ensure optimal fitment with the advent of high-volume tires (2.3-2.4”). The M60HV rims are just wide enough to provide all the traction and pressure benefits - but not so wide as to add unnecessary weight and create a cumbersome ride.

The M70 Thirty carbon fiber mountain bike wheel is light enough for climbing, but its but its roots reside in downhill racing. Ultimately, the M70 is an enduro racer’s dream wheelset. The construction technique and materials are shared with ENVE’s World Cup and World Championship winning downhill specific laminates found on the ENVE M90 and predecessor, the ENVE DH. The M70 is ride-tuned for use on today’s modern trail and enduro mountain bikes. These bikes are defined by suspension travel ranging from 5 to 6.5 (130-170mm) and for use with tires between 2.3” and 2.4” wide.

The M60 Plus is a carbon fiber tubeless clincher with a 40mm internal width and has been designed and engineered specifically for the 2.8-3.0” plus tires on the market. While thoughtful carbon fiber construction allows for weight savings and enhanced stiffness, the M60 Plus is a 455 gram rim that can resist impacts on par with the M70 Enduro wheelset.

Another feature of the M60 Plus rim is a new hookless bead design that reduces the possibilities of pinch flats.

THE ULTIMATE WHEELSET FOR ENDURO, PARK, AND BIG MOUNTAIN. OPTIMISED FOR HIGHER VOLUME TIRES.

We don’t always have access to a chairlifts or shuttles. We dreamt of a wheelset that was light enough to pedal to the top of the biggest, remote mountains yet strong enough to bomb back down. Enter the M70HV: a wheelset designed for 2.4-2.5” tires and the ability to get up and down technical terrain. By increasing rim width, sidewall stiffness and the tire to rim interface are optimised. The new M70HV wheels are wide enough to provide the best performance but not so wide that they ride heavy.

The M90 Ten has been ridden to a World Cup DH Overall Title and numerous podiums under the Santa Cruz Syndicate.

The M90 saw success immediately thanks to performance enhancing features such as hookless bead technology and ENVE’s unique patented molded in spoke holes.

The M90 is the most robust of the M Series wheelsets and is capable of withstanding the rigors of downhill racing. While the M90 is cultivated and co-developed by World Cup racers, it is equally at home on long big-mountain shuttles. The M90 is designed for bikes with travel between 170-210mm and tires between 2.35-2.5”.

MTN STEM

While carbon stems have been used in cross-country racing for years, this is the first execution developed for modern long travel trail and enduro mountain bikes.

Aside from being unique in this category, the stem isn’t carbon fiber just for the sake of carbon fiber. The ENVE Mountain Stem is lighter than the alloy options on the market without any sacrifice to strength.

ENVE was tasked with the challenge to develop the first full-carbon direct mount downhill stem that matched the ride quality and performance of the ENVE DH handlebars. The Direct Mount Stem competes with the category lightweights while displaying the strength characteristics of a much heavier stem.

A DISC SPECIFIC TUBULAR RIM DESIGNED FROM THE GROUND UP TO BE THE ULTIMATE CYCLOCROSS RACING WHEELSET.

The ENVE CX rim is designed for those looking for the ultimate in cyclocross race performance.

The tire bed has been optimised for use with 33mm tubulars and is capable of frequent tire installs and removals. The shape of the tire bed has also been refined to reduce pinch flats. A benefit of developing a rim for disc brake specific use is not being bound by the constraints of rim braking.

The result is a rim that is

substantially lighter and more compliant without sacrificing strength or impact resistance.

The rim is only available in a 28 hole count that maintains a degree of stiffness and strength required for frequent accelerations and decelerations that define cyclocross.

FORKS

ENVE forks are engineered to capitalise on the inherent strength of carbon fiber. The material is strongest when fibers are run without interruption and our forks use continuous fiber from the steerer to the dropouts. This construction method produces a fork that is free of bonding which saves weight while at the same time creating strength. The ENVE line of

forks has expanded and is available in disc models as well as a variety of rakes and steerer tube diameters.

Regardless of the configuration, the design principles remain the same and each model is tried, proven, and validated to produce the best riding experience.

ROAD 2.0

By following our mantra of functional simplicity, we developed a manufacturing process that allows the fibers in an ENVE fork to run continuously from the steerer to the dropouts. The 2.0 fork is a hollow one-piece design free of bonding or drilling. Additionally the brake bolt hole is molded into the crown allowing for weight savings and strength. While this manner of construction is unique, the popularity of this fork is shown with the majority of artisan frame builders and customers choosing the ENVE 2.0 as their fork of choice due to its confident performance and handling characteristics.

ROAD DISC

The use of disc brakes on road bikes has accelerated recently and with that the need for a disc brake optimised road fork. Disc brakes offer maximum control and you need a fork with the right characteristics to make for a confident ride. The Road Disc fork is designed to remove front end flex without making the fork cumbersome and heavy. Axle to crown and tire clearances have been increased so that riders may run 28mm rubber for more speed, comfort and traction. The Road Disc Fork features flat mount caliper attachment and guided internal hose routing for cleaner airflow and aesthetics.

Using our proprietary molding methods, the thru-axle disc cyclocross fork offers the ultimate in cross and gravel performance.

From steerer tube to dropout, the fork is constructed in one-piece, equating to a very efficient structure and yields a lightweight and durable product. The included thruaxle is 12mm, the optimal diameter for road and cx disc applications. This all carbon fiber CX fork is available in a 1.125 to 1.5 tapered steerer tube. Whether you are racing on the World Cup Circuit or a gravel event, the ENVE thru-axle cyclocross disc fork is designed to perform.

GRAVEL ROAD

The ENVE Gravel Road Fork is not just a repurposed cyclocross fork or simply a carbon fiber road fork with increased tire clearance; it is a fork built from the ground up to specifically service the gravel and all-road markets. Axle to crown length and fork rake were carefully chosen for the intended use. Other key features include a 1-1/8 to 1-1/4 tapered steerer tube, 12mm thru-axle dropout, and a carbon fiber fender that keeps mud and water off you and your bike. The full carbon fender can be installed or removed in seconds.

Brake calipers mount to the new Flat Mount standard and will work with 140 and 160mm (with adapter) rotors.

Made from 100% unidirectional carbon fiber, the ENVE water bottle cage is lightweight, stiff, and durable. Compatible with all bikes, the ENVE bottle cage allows for easy side entry and exit and promises a secure grip on your bottle so you won’t unexpectedly lose your most valuable on bike nutrition.

The ENVE quick release skewer for your ENVE carbon fiber road cycling wheels comes in both titanium and chromoly. We also offer two different sizes based on your brake usage: 100/130 for rim brake applications and 100/135 for disc brake applications.

VALVE EXTENDERS

SPOKE NIPPLE WRENCH

Leave it to our friends at SILCA to create an elegant solution for the age old issue of deep section carbon wheels and extenders: rattle. Designed for tubular tires and tubes with removable valve cores, this valve extender comes in lengths to fit our varying depth SES lineup and features a ribbed gasket that provides a light compression fit between rim and valve extender to eliminate that annoying valve stem rattle.

Our nipple wrench is designed to specifically work with our 3.2mm square taper internal brass nipple. We machine and produce each wrench at ENVE. At 6 inches in length, the wrench is capable of servicing any ENVE rim depth.

ROAD BAR PLUGS

For those who replace bar tape or crash frequently, your bar end plugs may need to be replaced. These bar end plugs keep your ENVE Standard, Compact, and SES Road handlebars looking and functioning like new.
