Culver Road, Lancing BN15 9AX Division 1 04/11/2023 15:00KO Montpelier Villa AFC Men's vs Chessington & Hook FC
Manager's Notes Last week was a test we hadn’t faced this season. The playing conditions didn’t enable us to find our rhythm but we have learnt a lot from that match.
This season has been my most enjoyable to date and I hope the players realise the potential they have.
We are constantly learning and adapting to the way we are asking these players to play and with every defeat we get stronger as a group.
I couldn’t be happier with this set of players and I will do everything in my power to help them succeed and reach their goals.
We want to give a good account of ourselves today after losing heavily to Chessington at home last season.
DAVID BAKER MENS MANAGER
The boys trained well this week and are in good spirits. There is no doubting how important this fixture is but I won’t put anymore pressure on them than they do themselves.
