Manager's Notes We had to test the mentality of the group this week as results have been below the standards we had set ourselves this season.

The players are all great people but if they want to achieve something this season they have to show they can be more consistent than what we have been so far.

I understand the players are going to win every game but it's how you lose when your not winning. We have an identity to our play and we ask players to play outside of their comfort zone to stretch them and make them better players.

Oakwood FC are not to be taken lightly. I have been in their position come this stage of the season before and there's always some to be wary of when they have nothing to lose now.

Their management team and chairman are all top people and except from today I hope they get enough results to stay in the league.

Head Coach Notes Another couple of weeks where we have experienced the highs and lows of football with our FA Cup game against Denham at the Withdean Stadium being a fantastic occasion with a big crowd there to cheer us on, it was a shame that we didn't get the result our performance deserved especially in such a prestigious competition but it's also important to reflect that we have gotten one round further than the last season for three years in a row so we are on track to lift the trophy at Wembley in 10 years time.

Frtunately we were able to bounce back against our old adversaries Hastings United and we produced arguably the most dominant display from the side that I have ever seen and won 7-0.

Sadly but inevitably injuries and absences are starting to take their toll and although its not an excuse, any injury is keenly felt when we have a small tight-knit squad tomorrow.

Bexhill will be a difficult game and home advantage was the deciding factor in both our games last season and hopefully for us that trend continues SKIP KELLY WOMEN'S HEAD COACH
