LADY BRONCOS "SERVE" UP A WIN FOR CHARITY Under the leadership of the Lady Bronco Volleyball team members, and with the assistance of dedicated parents and friends, Montini Catholic held its annual Volley for the Cure on Thursday, September 20th vs. Fenwick's Friars. (Broncos won the match-up 25-15, 25-18 - and are currently enjoying a 19-2 record!) Team members and dedicated mothers and fathers were busy selling baked goods, t-shirts and raffle tickets for gift baskets before and during the game in support of the Young Survival Coalition (YSC). The coalition sponsors educational programs designed to reach young women affected by breast cancer as well as members of the medical community, friends, family members, caregivers, the breast health community, healthy young women and the general public. This year the girls raised over $2,300! Montini Catholic parent, Christina Locher, played a key role in organizing this successful event.
