The good news is the Banks are still making loans, Realtors are still selling home and the Title companies are still managing the process. During this period of Corona virus and in a time of uncertainty I am here to support you. Real Estate has been deemed an essential business and although it may look a little different, many of my fellow realtors like myself are here to help with all of you real estate needs and answer any questions. I am happy to discuss the shutdown, the future of the economy and the housing market in general. If you want to make a plan to buy a home whether today or in the future, I am here for you. If you are looking to sell your home, I would be happy to provide cosultation or list the property.

In this modern age I can accomplish this all through the wonders of technology.

We can chat via apps like Zoom or FaceTime. I can tour the home virtually.

We can fill out most of the paperwork

through email with Docusign and utilize phone and video consultations to review the contracts and disclosures. It really is based on your level of comfort and need.

Lenders are open for business. Some loans are limited but there are still many first time buyer programs available.

Depending on your choice, you can either meet under social distance protocols or conduct the entire loan process online and digitally.

Title and escrow professionals are still operating virtually as well, they can process the necessary paperwork and provide closing papers via email and courier. While we will still need a notary, this can be done with safe social distancing practices using sanitized pens and gloves to handle the paperwork.

Buyers can still buy. You may have concerns about looking in person and I have solutions. I can visit the home and perform a live tour with the buyer individually or make arrangements for the entire family on Zoom using the internet to send real-time video. This is the next best thing to being there. If you want to see the home in person there are options for that as well with safe practices.

Although the timeframes may take a little longer, I have a team of professionals

to offer you the same full service that I always have, but in a slightly different way. I will make arrangements for photographer, home and termite inspection, contractors, handyman and appraisals. We are still working virtually as well as with social distancing practices.

Just to be clear, my process depends on your level of comfort and choice. If you would like to meet under social distance protocols, I am there. I have my mask, my hand sanitizer, and booties. However if you are not comfortable meeting in person, then I have a system in place to offer you the same great service without ever meeting face to face, the options are yours to choose.

I believe very strongly, that this will pass. I believe in our Country and the resilience of the people. We will overcome this set back and we will be stronger for the experience.

Fight against Corona virus “Covid-19” Part 1 Emerging disease-causing bacteria and viruses are an increasing public health concern in the United States and the world. The greatest concern being some of these viruses like the Covid-19 virus can live on environmental surfaces for a long time and play an important role in disease transmission. The occurrence of emerging viruses like this is less common so the standard laboratory testing may not have been developed which makes it harder to detect the infection in human and makes it even more challenging to treat the disease which is exactly what we are facing with this type of coronavirus.

Covid-19 is thought to spread mainly through close contact from person to person in respiratory droplets from someone who is infected. People who are infected often have symptoms but some people without symptoms may be able to spread the virus. Few symptoms of this

disease are fever, cough, and shortness of breath. The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus.

Cover your mouth and nose with cloth face cover when you go out in public to protect yourself and others.

The center for Disease Control and Prevention recognize that certain microorganisms can be ranked with the level of resistance to being killed by typical disinfectant products. With this approach viruses are divided into three viral subgroups and the coronavirus belongs to enveloped viruses meaning these viruses have a lipid covering around them which is easily compromised by most disinfectants like soap and once this lipid covering is damaged the virus loses its ability to infect.

Some steps to clean and disinfect are: 1. Wear disposable gloves before you clean and disinfect.

2. Practice routine cleaning of frequently touched surfaces like tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets and TV remotes with soap and water or household disinfectant.

3. Follow the instructions on the label to ensure safe and effective use of the disinfecting product.

4. Soft surfaces like carpeted floor, rugs and drapes use soap and water or appropriate household disinfectants according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Special thanks to our law enforcement officers and all essential service providers and our teachers who are keeping our kids busy with the new online curriculum which makes our lives much easier staying indoors. • You will go directly to your treatment room. Before you enter the treatment room, we will have you rinse with a medicated mouthrinse before we seat you.

• You will notice air filters throughout our office. These are medical grade air filters that surgically clean, purify and re-energize every cubic foot of air in our practice.

• Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling appointments.
