“My daughter was killed on 9/11, on her way back from a prayer service on that fateful day by a drugged out driver,” said Bloem “He was driving erratically, and had marijuana,heroin,andcocainein hissystem.”

Ms. Bloem’s role with MADD is to comfort families following tragedies,supportingthefamilies emotionallyfromthestartof theprocess,thenthroughthe court system as well as support groups, through the entire adjudication process.
