2O24-2O25 SEASON

Welcome to our 2024-2025 season!

I can’t wait to share this beautiful music with all of you. These concerts are filled with audience favorites that show the full power and brilliance of the Monterey Symphony.

From Dvořák’s New World to Brahms’ Symphony No. 1 to Respighi’s The Pines of Rome, each concert is anchored by an iconic masterpiece that is sure to leave you feeling mesmerized and inspired. As always, we’ve invited a roster of renowned soloists to join our season. We’ll

celebrate 100 years of Rhapsody in Blue with pianist Adam Golka, collaborate with the dynamic Joyce Yang on Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2, and feature Simone Porter in her triumphant return to the Monterey Symphony with Beethoven’s heroic Violin Concerto. I promise that every one of these programs is a delight, with surprises, encores, and dazzling new works seasoning each concert. I feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to share this great music with our community, and I look forward to seeing you at the beautiful Sunset Center!
