In order to check the production quality, Zalf sends on a regular basis a selection of furnishings (as provided for by current regulations) to the accredited Italian Institution that certifies the compliance with Uni En 14749.

ECOSUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLINESS We care intensely about the environment and nature, so all our ecopanels are made of particles deriving from the re-use of wood. These ecopanels comply with “CARB Fase 2” regulations, which drastically lower the maximum limits allowed for formaldehyde emissions. In addition, to reduce emissions to a minimum and protect the environment, all our packing (polystyrene, cardboard and shrink film) are 100% recyclable.

INNOVATIVE POLYURETHANE GLUES We use polyurethane glues with high adhesive properties that are extremely resistant to temperature, water and solvents. The high quality of our products is assured by the use of new materials and technologies, by the fact that the whole production process, from semifinished to final product, is carried out to perfection.

ENERGY-SAVING LIGHTING SYSTEM Zalf shows its attentiveness to home economics by presenting a wide range of illumination systems with LED lights. Compared to fluorescence lights, these allow to save up to 80% more energy, they last longer, they are smaller in size, they do not produce ultraviolet radiation, they create a very small amount of heat and they do not make use of mercury and lead, therefore they can be disposed of with general waste.
