DisplayNet™: AV Connectivity – Redefined DisplayNet™ is an award-winning new concept for AV distribution that leverages proven 10GbE Ethernet technology to switch, extend and distribute uncompressed AV signals in real time with resolutions up to 4K (UHD). DisplayNet™ delivers unprecedented levels of scalability, versatility and reliability with zero frame latency, zero compression and zero artifacts.

DisplayNet™ leverages decades of proven networking technology and massive global deployment of 10GbE networks. This eliminates the need for costly, redundant AV networks as all AV assets can now reside on existing IT networks that IT Managers can easily control. 10GbE network switches can also be up to 60% smaller than typical AV switches and as little as 1/10th the cost. At the same time, DisplayNet™ provides enormous scalability – the system array is limited only by the number of installed endpoints and size (ports) of the 10GbE switch.

DN-100 Series Transmitters and Receivers The DN-100 Series Transmitters and Receivers are the first in an expanding line of DisplayNet™ uncompressed AV-Over-IP products. The DN-100TX transmitter accepts multiple signals such as HDMI (with embedded audio and HDCP), analog stereo audio, bidirectional IR, RS-232, and 1GbE Ethernet and transmits them via a 10GbE link up to 328 ft. (100 meters) using a single CAT6a or CAT7 cable. This link is then distributed via an off-the-shelf 10GbE network switch to receiver units, which provide AV output signals at the destination.

The DN-100 Series supports uncompressed video up to 4K /30p (4:4:4) and 4K /60p (4:2:0) without compression artifacts and without frame latency. Video signals may be simultaneously routed in Point-to-Point, Matrix Switching and Video Wall modes all in the same system. For more flexibility, each signal plane (Video, Audio, IR, RS-232, etc.) can be routed independently. The DN-100 Series supports advanced audio features, including: networked audio, audio embedding, de-embedding and down‑mixing. The DN-100 Series includes powerful DisplayNet Manager™ software and an external DisplayNet Server™ that enable the system to be managed using third-party controllers.

DVI-7314 4K SM Fiber Optic Extender, 1x LC

Performance that Goes the Extra Mile – The DVI-7314 is a high performance 4K Optical Extender that transmits high resolution DVI / HDMI signals over extreme distances using a single fiber optic cable. This extender supports HDMI v1.4 (non-HDCP) signals with resolutions up to 4K (4096x2160 / 30p) over cable distances up to 1.2 miles. The transmitter unit includes an internal EDID memory that can acquire and store the EDID from any display. The DVI-7314 supports both Multi-Mode and Single-Mode fiber optic cable.
