Hello and Welcome, I am Monique Spratt! I am proud to call myself an Oklahoma Native and graduate of the University of Oklahoma. In Spring 2021, I graduated with my Bachelors of Interior Design from the Gibbs College of Architecture. My love for design has grown immensely since I was a young girl; I enjoy being surrounded with others that enjoy all things design! Dallas welcomed me in October 2022, during my first week I jumped into installs and site walks. During my year here, I have been immersed in Multi-Family Renovations- from Historic City submittals to Turn over. I enjoy the challenge of transforming an environment with an economical budget. I have been hands on with selecting material palettes, designing unit floor plans, installing Clubhouses and Model Units, as well as the Exteriors: building paint selections and pool furnishings. Site walks are my favorite places to ask questions and learn- and watch a transformation! After an install I make my rounds to capture "the moments" that others may over look - it is all in the details. My portfolio showcases work in the DFW and Houston Proper. Software used in practice include: Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Pohotoshop, Microsoft Powerpoint, and GatherIt

BISHOP RIDGE LEASING OFFICE Before it was "Bishop Ridge Leasing O ce", it was an abandoned home in Lake Cliff, Dallas, Texas. The home was fully demolished, plumbing was relocated, facade of the building was changed from the East to the south side. There are 3 private o ces, BOH: restroom and kitchen, and two semi-private conference rooms. Key design features are the Board and Battan, Vertical Glass inserts, Historic Lake Cliff images, and warm wood accents. Responsibilities: Initial Site Visit and Field measurements, Construction Drawings, Material Palette, Sourcing Historic photos of Lake Cliff, Purchasing and Installing all FF&E Completion Date: January 2023


BISHOP RIDGE C R AWFO R D CO R N E R 125 E 8TH ST, DALLAS, TEXAS 75203


CRAWFORD CORNER Crawford Corner was full demo renovation within the "Bishop Ridge" neighborhood. This is a Boutique Renovation. A previously open breezeway, is now a completely enclosed with interior stairwells, enclosed mailroom corridor and Skylights. The material palette was inspired by the Bishop Ridge branding. Selections included light grey subway tiles, Brick colored Backsplash, terracotta public space paints, and light oak stair raining and treads, grey toned-scalloped tile in the mailroom. Responsibilities: Initial Site Visit and Field verification, Material Palette for Units, Corridor and Mailroom Completion Date: September 2023



U R B A N PA L M S MODEL UNIT 8701 TOWN PARK DRIVE, HOUSTON, TEXAS 77036


URBAN PALMS MODEL UNIT This Houston model unit was in need of a refresh. Taking inspiration from the property name "Urban Palms", a coastal atmosphere was created. The final install is a combination of existing and new furniture pieces. Orange and Beige were used for the Living spaces, while blue was for the private spaces: Bedroom and Bathroom. A key part to this partial install was getting pieces that better suited the scale of existing pieces. Adding layers of textures throughout each space added dimension and movement. Involvement: Purchasing and Installing all FF&E Completion Date: April 2023

VENTRUA PHASE 2 MODEL UNIT Welcome to Ventura's sports den! Inspired by the geographic location, this model unit took inspiration from the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. The sourced artwork is inspired by Arlington itself; city maps and stadium photographs. From the casual dining room the the spacious bedroom, it was key to make these large spaces fell intimate and relaxed. This unit is a 1.5 Bed/Bath, with a patio overlooking the pool and Fitness Center.

VENTURA FITNESS CENTER This leasing o ce was converted to a fitness center. With a partial Demo, an open floor plan fitness center was created. The custom geometric wallpaper draws your eye to the back of the room with its movement. The existing fireplace was removed and replaced with a match window opening. A kitchen was completely removed, and now a walk through/storage space. blue and orange color scheme brought an electric vibe to this space, with the equipment facing the exterior windows, the space feels more open! Involvement: Initial Site walk, Drawing Permit Set, Specifying Materials and Equipment, Designing Custom Signage and Wallpaper Completion Date: October 2023

RIVERWALK LEASING OFFICE Riverwalk was in need of a refresh that reflected its diverse and quaint community. The concept of the Refresh was the Creek that runs through the property. Artwork focused on rivers and creeks around the world; soft and neutral furniture accented with pattern pillows add dimension to the space. RIVERWALK MODEL UNIT Riverwalk was in need of a refresh that reflected its diverse and quaint community. The concept of the Model Unit was a neutral, earthy and mature space. Styling the unit consisted of earth tones: beige, terracotta, blue, and yellows. Layering these colors together added character, mixed in with various textures: leather, wood, clay and jute rugs. This space wanted to feel dimensional and curated. Involvement: Initial Site Visit and Field measurements, Purchasing and Installing all FF&E Completion Date: August 2023
