Resumen:
The present work describes the developments algorithms used in automated vehicles, in order to manage the control authority between the driver and the car. These algorithms will follow the Shared Control approach, a new emerging vision, who instead of switching control between human and machine, it allows both to, simultaneously, influence the actuators.
The proposal will be aligned with the driver in the loop idea and will continue with the works focused in interaction between modern vehicles and drivers. An overview of the Shared Control approach and its primary motivations is given, specially in the areas of Automated Vehicles, Human-Machine Cooperation (HMC), control architecture and driver monitoring technology. We will also give a summary in the state of the art regards Shared Control strategies within automated vehicles, most of all focused in definiti
