A standarized IT Architecture for Interoperability

Summary
Information Technology for Public Transport (ITxPT) is an open association with well-known PTA, PTO, vehicle manufacturers and IT suppliers among its 100 members in 20 countries. Through standardized architecture and interfaces, ITxPT enables the exchange of data across systems from any suppliers complying with the ITxPT specifications. This provides cost efficiency and makes interoperability possible for future connected mobility solutions.
ITxPT implementation begun 2017 by the first PTAs and a number of innovative suppliers have received the ITxPT compliance label. The presentation will give the background of the ITxPT Association and explain its technical scope, the benefits it brings and the roadmap for the future.
