ACTION PLAN
2022 Progress Report

Our senior leaders demonstrated exceptional commitment towards reconciliation and the implementation of your RAP:
• Our leaders are seen by staff as playing an active role in delivering on RAP Commitments
• Our CEO has made a public statement in support of our RAP
• Our senior leaders are active members of our RAP Working Group.

Partnerships were established with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across our footprint to capture the needs for the communities in which we work with. With assistance from local Elders and community members helping out at Community Days, youth groups and other community actives, Momentum formed ongoing partnerships with other organisations across the region.
The organisation collaborated with 20 organisations to coordinate Reconciliation Day events in Tweed Heads, Casino and Lismore, with more than 500 community members attending the events. By providing our stallholders/, community members and partners with our RAP, Momentum provided an accountable insight of our commitment to reconciliation. Our CEO formally launched our RAP during Reconciliation Week and distributed the plan to community and stakeholders.

Momentum hold three (3) NRW events across our footprint: Tweed Heads, Casino and Lismore.
