Missouri Weekly Hay Summary The month of February is proving that it is still in fact winter. Weather conditions in many areas have made feeding and/or hay movement difficult. Many farmers do have plenty of hay and are likely to have significant carry over but this kind of weather does shorten the rows of round bales in a hurry. The supply of hay is moderate and demand is light. Prices are steady. The Missouri Department of Agriculture has a hay directory available for both buyers and sellers.
