Missouri Weekly Hay Summary Week ending 01/16/2015 Producers got a break from the extreme cold as temperatures became more normal this week with a nice warm up forecast for the weekend which could be enough for a break in ice chopping. A few areas saw some scattered winter precipitation at different times of the last week but all in all the winter has been pretty void of any real snows. There continues to be a few new hay listings every week as well as a few scattered sales overall market activity remains slow. The supply of hay is moderate to heavy and demand is light.
