With heavy snows in the Northwest portion of the state a week ago and moderate snowfall in the Southeast this week some hay and grass supplies were tested for the first time this winter. Neither event was longlived enough to pressure the market and spur buying. Hay supplies within the state are light and the demand is light with prices steady.
