Pannier Market in UK top 10

South Molton Pannier Market has beaten off competition from more than 1,000 markets in some of Britain’s biggest towns and cities, to be voted into the top 10 for the second time.

More than 30,000 votes were cast in the Great British Market Awards, run by the National Association of British Market Authorities, and South Molton has again found itself in the running for the prestigious title of the best market in the country. The final result will be announced at an awards ceremony in Birmingham on February 3rd.
