Horses & choc. muffins @ the Molong Pony Club
It had been a long morning for these keen young members of the Molong Pony Club (and their parents) who hopped out of bed early last Sunday to prepare their horses for the once a month riding lessons with parent instructors, Bec. Brazier, Tim Sullivan and Tim Brazier. Morning tea, cool drinks and the chocolate muffins made by Hannah Betts were eaten in no time at all before the next riding lesson commenced. Allan Parker plants ‘The Next Crop’ in Molong It was a night that brought together Molong, Cumnock and Yeoval residents at the Bank Street Community Hall to start off The Land hosted forum series about how communities could be more successful by using existing resources and capabilities. Led by Behavioural Scientist, Allan Parker - the 100+ participants who attended the two hour forum may have come along envisaging ‘the same old’ talk fest where some talk, some listen, some hear, some participate ... some do not. Surprised faces turned to interest, curiousity, intrigue when Allan raised everything last Monday night from communication to switching on the brain, and the introduction of the key words of the night - which some

participants may have walked away with, others may think about, others may adopt in their everyday words ‘tool kit’, and some who may have shut their doors to the whole new idea.
