Molong has been selected to host a unique forum setting out to unearth good ideas of how rural communities could be more successful using their existing resources and capabilities. Other districts selected for this year’s forums include Glen Innes, Tooraweenah and Yass. This is a new way of having conversations that focus firstly, on what is agreed or can easily be agreed - attending to ENQUIRY, exploring and expanding of what CAN be done, rather than arguing, debating and going into battle on fixed view resulting in inactivity. This “Considered and Sensitive Conversations” approach is delivered by Mr Allan Parker, Behavioural Scientist and International Negotiator from www.peakpd.com Proudly supported by The Land newspaper and Cabonne Council.
