When They Achieve Million Dollar Business By Following My Guidance AN INTERVIEW WITH NEWAGE THERAPIST/ A MATERIAL YOGI
Sponsored by
I
Glam Mint Correspondent n the humdrum of life today, we generally do not find a happy and successful person who is like water; gels in a crowd and still stands apart. We have seen celebrities’ wit but all that appears either to be fake, scripted or too farfetched. Bringing out to the fore today a personality who is completely comfortable in any shoes, is confident, witty, successful, soulful, happy, enthusiastic and has substance. Her zest and fervour reinforces that it is a virtue to be happy. She is Dr Monica Nagpal Agnihotri who calls herself a ‘material yogi’/ ‘funny lama’ / ‘spirit with a body’ etc. People around her know her as a sensitive and unconditionally loving. Here are some excerpts from our interview with this versatile personality who gets a new celebratory title added to her every now and then. Interviewer: How do you smile and stay happy constantly? You are happy because you have accomplished so much; it is not possible for everyone? Dr. Monica: I smile because I have

the ability to do it. It has got nothing to do with my accomplishments. I smile because I can. Why would I lose it. Interviewer: You have mentored, guided and healed millions of people in last fifteen years. This level of Success doesn’t matter to you? Dr. Monica: What is Success? Yours and mine definition are probably
different. My role is and has been only to show them what to, how to, when to and make them aware of the don’t if they want to know. When they achieve million -dollar business by following my guidance, it is their success. If I attach myself to the outcome so much, my performance may get affected not in a good way. I am just a MIRROR who shows the truth to people who wish to see and move ahead in life. We all are lot more than this BODY. One’s mind is more powerful than this body. The mind actually governs how this body is going to behave. Thus, managing one’s THOUGHTS sounds like a big deal and can be boring if you don’t pick the right technique. Interviewer: So that’s what your technique is all about? Could you tell us a little about that and who all can benefit from it? Dr. Monica: Sure. It’s called HARMONIC LIFE THERAPY. As the name indicates it is about bringing harmony in life in a therapeutic way. It caters to all needs; physical, mental, emotional, financial, spiritual. It is a progressive idea and an evolving process and not a fixed idea.

FAB AT 50 & BEYOND VIDYA TIKARI IN ASSOCIATION WITH D DANCE THEATRE, COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY, LEEDS, UK
F
Glam Mint Correspondent ollowing Vidya Tikari’s Leeds visit along with CD Foundation in partnership with D Dance Theatre, C.I.C. ,Leeds ,UK; specifically OULTON Village in the beautiful country of Yorkshire to support the elderly women in the Community Interest Company. She was fascinated by the way of living and how they did their well being programs addressing problems like isolation and health by incorporating different aspects in their life. For example, adapting different cultures, dance groups, health programs, attending health and well being classes be it cooking or beauty. So, they always keep themselves busy and visit different places. Bringing that back from Leeds and Ayesha Shamim who was the project coordinator of D Dance Theatre decided to attach charity along with it i.e. Ramakrishna Vivekananda Mission, NOIDA and do a similar event in India as although there are lots of programs for the elderly but there is no clear demarcation between the elderly as to when do they get old and what are their
needs .It all came back to the same basic way of living – What you eat after your 50s, how to spend your time, what do you do to keep yourself busy considering the fact that Indian woman loses touch with the family which she has groomed with. Her children grow up and move away for education while her husband is still at work (not retired) and the women suddenly have lots of time. So in India, the above 50s actually start at 45. A similar endeavor was kick started by Vidya Tikari, an celebrity makeup artist based in India and Ayesha Shamim organized an event for the fifty plus ladies in EROS HOTEL ,NEHRU PLACE,NEW DELHI partnered by our SPONSORS – JUST HERBS , PERENNE COSMETICS, SARIGIRI , STUDIOXI , Y JEWELLERY , NAKED FACE BY KANIKA , SKIN PROJECT by VANDANA ARORA, yoga expert DEVYANI SHANKAR . We had 40 attendees who loved participating in the whole day of health and wellness program.
ABOUT THE EVENT: It started with a healthy drink for all the ladies
who came in and an introduction to a healthy life through a showcase of the elderly women of Leeds in their 70s to 80s still being independent, spirited and focusing on living their lives. Ayesha , through a presentation and her own health experience pressed on the topics such as the art of loving yourself and implementing small changes in life. Simi, a live testimonial, did a presentation showing her journey of the latest 6 months of adopting a healthy lifestyle post her trip to Leeds. She had lost 7 kgs in 2 months and had learnt so many different cultures and was our team member. Then came in YOGA session conducted by DEVYANI SHANKAR who was brilliant at it as it was all about slow relaxing movements and deep breathing exercises – best way to kick out stress. It was followed by a healthy lunch prepared and served by the excellent staff of EROS Hotel . Then it was time for a beauty and grooming session with VIDYA TIKARI wherein they were imparted knowledge about a whole range of different brands having paraben & silicon free products which are good for skin . THE SKIN PROJECT’s Collagen booster shots perfect solution to keep your skin and hair full of life. Personalised grooming sessions for all as how to carry minimal makeup at a mature age. To complete the look , there were designer clothing brands presenting their beautiful ,simple yet chic collection . Y jewellery had their lovely silver charms for adding a statement. VIDYA TIKARI was overwhelmed by the positive response that I got from the older women.Especially touching upon the very important topics that their lives are going through. I brought to their knowledge that sorts of natural products are available in India. All the ladies left with a goodie bag and a big smile on their faces. Along with Ayesha Shamim, Project Coordinator of D Dance Theatre ,CIC who’s visiting Delhi from Leeds , an event was organized to introduce different attitude of health ,well being and beauty. he focal point of the worldwide consumer goods market is set on India as the nation gets ready to hold the title of partner country at Ambiente 2019 - the world‘s biggest and most important international trade platform for interior decor, dining, cooking, household goods, gift items, jewellery, fashion accessories. India remains one of the very few countries in the world that still creates textiles and crafts coming from the genius of its master weavers and artisans. With an aim to draw attention to Indian artisans and promote handicraft exports, Ministry of Textiles together with Messe Frankfurt India unveiled the India Design Concepts on the lines of “FUTURE IS HANDMADE” at a press conference in New Delhi today as part of the Partner Country highlight at Ambiente. Additional spaces have been awarded to the government to
present the scope and various perspectives. The Themes and Design concepts will be curated by Mr. Sunil Sethi, President of the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI). A design arena on the theme of ‘Timeless and Handmade’ will be curated by Jaipurbased designer Ayush Kasliwal and designed with gentle Indian shades, beautifully lit in the format of a design gallery. It will be organised in 2 parts covering – the first Timeless and Handmade section will celebrate everyday crafted objects, some of which are authentic, timeless originals, and second is crafted objects that have evolved to respond to today’s expectations, and relevant to an international audience. The other arena which has been accorded to the government to present the Indian design perspectives will be based on the themes of Crafts Forward, Crafts & Perspectives, and Crafts & Industry. The Crafts Forward arena showcases the finest of Indian crafts which

YOGA MOVES THAT HELP IN ORGASM BETTER PIGEON POSE:
EAGLE POSE:
By Shubhangi Shukla CAT/ COW FLOW: This posture helps in strengthening the Kegel Muscles which contract during the time of orgasm. The stronger the Kegels, better the orgasm as the posture helps in controlling the tail bone from cat to the position of a cow. BOUND ANGLE POSE: The stretch of the inner thighs is good for motion and bowel movements. This is a great posture for increasing the libido and also helps in reducing anxiety with exposing the person towards natural intimacy. It also helps regulating the blood flow to the pelvic area which are directly linked to arousals.
This kind of pose ensures relief from a scattered mind and helps the individual getting back to the current state of mind. The focus is to release tension from hip, focussing on breaths and creating a sense of sexual interaction with the partner.
Looks difficult to do but is the most helpful posture in increasing the erotic urges. One has to hold on to the pose which involves strength and concentration to maintain the posture.
DOWNWARD DOG: With the butt in an upward position, this pose relaxes the muscle and boosts confidence. With easing the muscle, the posture also improves the flexibility of a body.

“NO” MEANS “NO” S Sneha Anjali
ince the #Me Too movement started many unsaid stories of sexual harassment came forward and also of strong women who fought against all these odds and came as a shining star. Recently in an interview of “Aashiq Banaya Aapne” fame actress Tanushree Dutta with Zoom channel, she opened up about the 2008 incident. In an interview, Tanushree revealed that she was called to perform an item number for the film, where from the day first Nana Patekar was not behaving properly, even after the complains no one took any step against Nana Patekar. Patekar demanded an intimate scene in the song. Tanushree also said that after this incident she locked herself in the vanity van to avoid that situation but none of them wanted to settle down, they locked the main gate. Patekar called the political party and the director called the media. In such situation, Tanushree felt that maybe she couldn’t move out from here with her parents until police came at the door. Soon after this, the interview went viral Patekar gave his first response to the allegations, he told Times Now that he is considering legal action and claimed support from the film unit present at the time. “What do you mean sexual harassment? There were 50-100 people on the set with me,” Mr. Patekar said, adding, “Will see what I can do legally. It’s a waste talking (to media), you guys will play up anything.” After this, in one of the interview, Nana’s lawyer quoted in
the media stating that a legal notice has been sent. In a statement, Tanushree said: “I have not received any notice. These threats are put forth so that others like me would be scared to come forward. Anyone with a similar experience who comes forward should not worry about such intimidation tactics. The whole nation will support them. There are big media houses standing in solidarity with this movement. It is an excellent time to take these remorseless men to task and send a strong message across. Harassment cases
are taken lightly in our society but when given a free pass, over time they become endemic and lead to extreme cases like mine, ending in mob violence. Even after this incident, CINTAA came forward. Back in 2008, Tanushree Dutta had complained to the Cine and TV Artistes Association (CINTAA) about being sexually harassed by Nana Patekar during the shooting of a song sequence in Horn Ok Please. But her plea went unheard. Now, after her case has resurfaced after ten years,
the association has issued a statement, condemning the incident and apologizing for the fact that it cannot reopen the case after so many years. Rakhi Sawant also addressed the press conference about this incident and accused Tanushree of putting up a false statement. Whereas many Bollywood like Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, Farhan Akhtar, Swara Bhaskar, Priyanka Chopra, Hansal Mehta and many other came forefront and supported Tanushree Dutta and even appreciated for her bravery.

O
h that fat on my face is quite evident! Is it because of the beer I am consuming? Am I eating too much? Has cardio been off track? Did I just permit junk food to enter my health routine? And is it making you tensed? Are the thoughts to get fit recurring? So let us see how can these quick exercises can make us rid of the fat that we have around our face!
Make an ‘O’ While sitting at work place, making

Chin up and kiss Look above at the ceiling and give it a kiss. You should extend this for 10 seconds to feel the tightness around your chin. Relax and repeat it the next time. Continue the process for about 5 times.
Pout and tilt

DO’S AND DON’TS AFTER WAKING UP
A
re you checking phone immediately after waking up? Do you hit the snooze button? Do you procrastinate? Have you felt the laziness and feel like staying in bed for some more time? Is it too difficult to get up from the bed? What makes you think that you are doing something wrong after waking up? Let us see what things we should avoid immediately after waking up are:
Waking up and exercise It is the most precious time when we wake from our deep sleep. One should not give himself sudden jerks by instantly hitting the gym or ending up doing rigorous exercises. Do’s: instead give yourself time and realise the intake pattern of your breaths. Deep breathing and slower processing will help you stay calmer.
Avoiding caffeine www.shahnawaab.in

Caffeine intake is very harmful for the body. It is said by the yoga fitness expert Mini Shastri that “caffeine slows the body metabolism. And that one should even avoid tea”. Do’s: have glasses of water and keep yourself hydrated. Go for a lemon and honey drink or have green tea instead. This shall increase your metabolism for the day.
Say no to electronics We tend to check WhatsApp or send emails immediately after waking up. Even
the alarms are on phones which have taken away the concept of alarm clocks. Our side tables are decked up with laptops or phones. Keeping yourself from the electronic rays will actually help in staying productive. Do’s: rather than checking emails and looking for WhatsApp messages, write. Keeping a track of your thought is very important and will help you channelize your thinking process. Keep a journal besides to track what you would like to do in this particular day.
Plan your day Not planning your day will leave you grumpy and scattered throughout. Keep note of what is scheduled for the coming time. This will help you to stay oriented and organised at the same time. Planning will also make a room for setting up priorities and acting accordingly.

IS VIAGRA THE SOLUTION FOR
ERECTION DYSFUNCTIONALITY?
D
By Shubhangi Shukla
oes the thought of taking sildenafil scares you? Is it that you are facing problems in your sexual life because of erection dysfunctionality? The thought of taking a medicine for such surely gives us an insight of reading well before taking any sort of medication.
What is Viagra? Viagra is nothing but a commonly used medication that helps stimulating erections in men who are facing erection dysfunction (ED). This is that condition when the sexual reproductive organ in males doesn’t harden enough or stands erection when he is sexually active. The doses vary from 25
mg to 100 mg per tablet.
Intake duration Accordingly it takes almost 30 minutes for Viagra to work for people in order to stimulate erection. It is also studied that the function will not take place if the medication is taken alone without any sexual stimulation. The lasting effect of the dosage depends from person to person. For many it works for around 5 hours and for some the effect lasts for around 3 hours.
Things to keep in mind
There are several factors to be kept in mind before taking the medicine. One shouldn’t be afraid to refer a doctor
for a prescribed medication in order to have healthy results. Age becomes an important factor while taking the pill because the older the body, the slower the metabolism. Psychological state impacts the health of the person as well. If you are anxious, depressed, or facing any stressor, the body might respond to sexual stimulation in different ways. It is both for men and women. Viagra may not help you in such conditions and thus one must be in a relaxed state to consume. As mentioned earlier, people should refer a doctor if already on any medication for illnesses like diabetes, heart problems so on and so forth. One must avoid taking any form of medication before going through it to avoid any side effects. Viagra helps in increasing the blood flow. “If you don’t think Viagra is working fast enough, try masturbation or foreplay to help
stimulate arousal.” Avoid getting in conditions where you might harm yourself and lead to situation when the tissues are damaged because of excessive blood stored in penis. This may cause priapism where one may feel painful erection for long hours. Kindly seek medical treatment immediately. (The times, UK) “It is important to take a safe dose and work out a clear understanding of how much you should take in a 24-hour period.” If it doesn’t work for you, it is important to talk about it. Talk to a doctor and talking to your partner may also help in reducing any kind of anxiety you are going through. Don’t be shy in sharing sexual problems which may be very distressing for anyone. ABHISHEK BACHCHAN IS ALL SET FOR HIS DIGITAL DEBUT
T
Sneha Anjali hese days every actor is experimenting, the way Ranveer Singh does with his dresses, Akshay Kumar with his look and Abhishek Bachchan with his films. Abhishek Bachchan is all set for his digital debut. He has signed Amazon’s Breathe 2 helmed by Vikram Malhotra’s production Abundantia Entertainment. The earlier season starred R Madhavan, Amit Sadh, Neena Kulkarni and Sapna Pabbi in important roles. The theme of that series was – how far can one go to protect his love. Two desperate and driven men must engage in the ultimate cat and mouse game to save the one they love. Till now only Abhishek Bachchan has been finalized for the second season of Breathe web series. Abhishek Bachchan made a comeback with movie Manmarziyaan after the span of two years. People loved his performance in the movie which was released on 14th September 2018 where he played the character of Robbie, who is an introvert. He has also signed another project with Anurag Kashyap called “Gulab Jamun” where he is reuniting with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan after eight years. Last time they shared the screen for Mani Ratnam movie Raavan which failed to impress the audience and hence, failed at box office. There were also some rumours that Abhishek is slated to play the male lead in a Sanjay Leela Bhansali production which is a biographical film about the love story of poet Sahir Ludhianvi and author Amrita Pritam. If reports are to be believed then Alia Bhatt has been approached for the role of Amrita Pritam. The digital platform is a trendy platform where every actor wants to try. We aren’t too surprised that Abhishek Bachchan has jumped on this bandwagon himself. There are many actors who tried in this platform and like, Saif Ali Khan, R Madhvan, Vivek Oberoi and now Abhishek Bachchan who may be motivated after the success of their web series on the digital platform.
DEEPIKA IS ALL SET FOR HER NEXT UNTITLED PROJECT
I
Sneha Anjali t is raining biopic in Bollywood and actress Deepika Padukone is on a roll. After mesmerizing the audience with her period film, ‘Padmaavat’, Deepika Padukone is all set with her next project, which interestingly is a biopic. She will be portraying the acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal in Meghna Gulzar’s next project. Meghna is known for her unconventional direction and the biggest example is film “Raazi” which became a blockbuster on the silver screen. Deepika as well as Laxmi both are equally excited for this film. In 2005, one fine day when everyone was busy in their work, a girl was crying with the pain in the mid of the road, looking for help struggling with the burning sensation that was left by the acid attackers Gudda and Naeem who took the revenge for rejecting his proposal. And today Laxmi Agarwal became an inspiration for all the people. She is currently the director of Chhanv Foundation, a NGO dedicated to help the survivors of acid attack in India. She received 2014 International
women of courage award by Michelle Obama. She was also chosen as the NDTV Indian of the year. From being the victim to the peak of success, Laxmi saw all the bitter and sweet in her life and this makes her an inspiring lady. There are many documentaries that are made on her and now Meghna is pulling up her socks to justify with her character. Laxmi reportedly said that she is very happy that Deepika is playing this role. According to her, Deepika has played some wonderful characters in her career and that she believes she will do her best in this one too and that she cannot judge the actress. Film maker Meghna had reportedly done all the paper work with Laxmi in 2016 itself and it was officially announced now. I believe that Deepika will justify this character as she also never hesitate to raise her voice against wrong. Deepika decided to kick Anirban Blah out because of the sexual harassment charges. This will be the first time that Deepika and Meghna are working together. Deepika will be donning the producer’s hat for the first time with this film. No further informations are being shared.
BAZAAR MOVIE REVIEW
T
Mahesh Golani he latest released film Bazaar is not a film for those who love Mills & Boon or romantic thrillers. This Saif Ali Khan, Radhika Apte, Rohan Mehra and Chitranagdha Singh starrer is a grizzy thriller which talks about stock market, power and money moolahs all the way. Adapted from the hollywood thriller Wall street; this film is a modern indianised desi version with songs fitted at places you dont appreciate. The film has a very urban subject fit for Imax and Inox viewing with very glitzy sets, cars and sets. It teaches you to dream big. A small town boy by hook or crook can reach the top. Characters
in the movie have all shades of grey but all that these days is called a virtue. TIMES HAVE CHANGED. Not meant for small towns or villages. The film has been made by the young people who themselves worked hard to reach a position of wealth and power in Mumbai. Saif acts his role the way he can. It could have been better. Radhika Apte is a good choice of a love angle and looks ravishing. Rohan Mehra is a good find. He plays his role well. Son of late actor Vinod Mehra Rohan will shine as a good actor in the future. Rest of the cast is just cosmetic. The production values are good. I recommend a one time watch. Not for children below 14 and ladies. My ratings 7 out of 10.
