COVID-19 PREPARATIONS

Public Risk Management Association is committed to the safety and well-being of its conference attendees, exhibitors, staff and guests. We are closely monitoring government mandates and policy changes, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and public health advancements. As information pertaining to the virus continues to develop, we will adjust our approach as needed and keep you up to date with new developments to ensure a coordinated effort and a safe environment for all PRIMA conference visitors.

COVID-19 POLICIES PRIMA’s commitment to protecting and preserving public health, every individual who participates in #PRIMA22 in San Antonio will be required to: Provide proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. OR Provide proof you obtained a negative COVID-19 test result within 48-hours of arriving at registration to pick up your badge.

HEALTH & SAFETY BEST PRACTICES Show management will implement the following best practices to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19: 1. F ace Coverings: To date, face mask are not mandatory in the city of San Antonio, TX. However, PRIMA highly encourages you to wear a face mask while in public indoor settings during the conference activities. 2. Hand Sanitizer Stations: We will have hand sanitizing systems easily accessible to everyone throughout the event. 3. N o Contact Policy: To assist in minimizing potential physical contact, please refrain from hugs and handshakes, elbow bumps are a great alternative to handshakes. 4. F ood and Beverage: • All food and beverage will be individually wrapped OR served by masked employees. Disposable plates and utensils will be available. • Attendees are asked to social distance as much as possible when eating or drinking. • Coffee stations will include single use disable cups and lids.

COVID TESTING To mitigate the spread of COVID-19, if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please do not attend in-person the PRIMA conferences in San Antonio. We’ve identified the closest COVID-19 testing locations to the Henry B González Convention Center.
