TELETALK HEADQUARTERS Design Of

Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd. is the only government-run mobile phone operator in Bangladesh. Teletalk was established keeping a specific role in mind, To innovate and constantly find new ways to enhance our services to our customer’s current needs and desires for the future. Our vision is to know our customers and meet their needs better than any one else. Thrives to become the true people’s phone – “Amader Phone”.

Starting its journey in 2004, Teletalk now has a subscriber base of 6.2 million. To support Teletalk’s business, the board, and administration, and proclaim its solid presence in the public and global field, Teletalk has chosen to construct its central headquarters.

This project aims to accomplish the vision of the entity through offering an energy-efficient, interactive iconic landmark with public accessibility and thoroughfares as the central headquarters of Teletalk. This project contends that outstanding architectural ideas hold the power to redefine the narratives of tall buildings, addressing the needs of future cities. Implementation and incorporation of innovations and flexibility in strategy, program, spatial organization, technology, material, and aesthetic sensitivity are important ingredients of such rethinking. The digital revolution, globalization, urbanization, and cultural adaptations are larger settings.

REINTRODUCING TELETALK AS THE PEOPL’S BRAND

The project focuses on the publicity of the Teletalk as it has been introduced with a public plaza named “Teletalk Square”, where the surrounding neighborhoods can fulfill their needs. The study of this commercial cum residential site of Tejgaon shows that there’s a demand for public activities and services. Therefore, the site is used for publicity as well as the necessity of the surroundings, which can uplift the number of users as they know more about Teletalk.
