AGE REQUIREMENTS
Spa massage and body appointments are available for guests age 18 and over. Facials appointments are available for guests age 16 and over. Salon appointments provide for clients under age 16, and are available in the Salon only. Sensory Experiences and Nail appointments are available for guests age 12 and over.
Guests under the age of 16 are not allowed in the Spa changing rooms, saunas, steam rooms, verandas, solarium, or mineral pool. The fitness level of the Spa features a cardiovascular and strength-training center for those ages 16 and over. Guests under 16 years of age must have a parent or adult guardian present at all times while in the indoor heated swimming pool.

These amenities are available only to guests ages 16 and over receiving spa and private wellness treatments. Please note, bathing suits are required for use of the outdoor heated mineral pool.

Complimentary herbal or black teas and flavored waters are available for your enjoyment in the verandas or solarium before and after your spa services.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES
To preserve our tranquil environment and guest privacy, we discourage the use of electronic devices such as cell phones, photography, videography, computers, and iPads while in the spa and salon areas. If disruptive or intrusive electronic use is observed or reported to us, we will immediately require that all devices be turned off and secured in your locker during your spa visit.
WHAT TO BRING
To enjoy the amenities of the spa wing, you are invited to bring your bathing suit. Complimentary use of our spa robes, sandals, and lockers is provided for all spa treatment guests within the facility. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the spa. Unfortunately, we are not able to take responsibility for valuables that are lost or left at the spa. The spa and fitness facilities are alcohol- and smoke-free environments. Food and food service is not permitted nor provided in the Spa, fitness center, or pool areas.
WHAT TO WEAR DURING A SPA TREATMENT
Our staff is trained in proper draping designed to ensure modesty and comfort throughout the service. However, if you are more comfortable, you may wear undergarments for your treatment. Disposable undergarments are also available upon request.
Guests enjoying our Sensory Sanctuary will be provided with a robe for added comfort. This experience is thoughtfully designed to suit your personal comfort level and does not require you to disrobe. For the most enjoyable experience, we recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.

We always recommend that you consult with your physician if you have questions or concerns regarding spa use and treatment considerations. Please inform us of any medical or special needs such as high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy, or any other special circumstances that may require our attention.
