Innovation Society
Innovation Society is a physical space that fosters creativity and innovation by bringing together individuals, companies, and like-minded organizations. This center provides a supportive environment for individuals and teams to collaborate, experiment, and think. It is designed to enhance creativity and innovation in various technological fields, including artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality, cybersecurity, and robotics.
Maritime Museum
The maritime museum is a specialized museum that displays items related to ships and sea travel. It is considered one of the branches of specialized museums focused on the various uses of the sea. The museum exhibits many historical voyages connected to the region and its maritime history. Most of these museums also display interesting pieces from ships, such as parts of the ships, fishing-related tools, maritime clothing, dining utensils, and more. These museums are part of preserving old and historical ships for future generations in ideal conditions, making them available for academic study, education, and public interest.
Spiral Skyline Tower
The tower comprises commercial and residential spaces. The first three floors are dedicated to commercial activities, hosting a variety of retail stores, a supermarket, entertainment zones, a gymnasium, restaurants, and cafes. From the fourth to the fiftieth floor, the tower transitions into residential living spaces. The residential floors feature a diverse range of housing options. Studio apartments offer compact living spaces suitable for individuals or couples, while one-bedroom units provide a bit more space with a separate living room. Two-bedroom units offer additional flexibility with an extra room for guests or office space, and three-bedroom units cater to larger families. Penthouses are incorporated into the design, providing a unique luxury residential experience within the tower. Residents can enjoy private gardens, adding a touch of greenery to urban living.
