Whenever you feel free, or just want to find a place to sit, the best place is always a coffee shop. A coffee shop is not a place that sells drinks or snacks. It’s actually sells the ambiance, a place for social mixing, and service. Café is where you can have your work done , relax, and gather with friends . Sitting in a café is giving yourself a relaxing space , away from home and office clutter, away from at-home or at-work distractions , which can result in very productive environment in which to do the work, and enjoy.

the main objective is to provide a facility To attract tourists and citizens to the cafe and make it a landmark of the city

The establishment of a multi-use cultural landmark on King Abdullah Street, one of the most famous commercial streets locally and internationally. It targets high income groups. Attention must be paid to attracting them, including commercial users, offices, groups and individuals, and achieving flexibility in all its forms.

The project achieves a link between its uses and its various elements in an integrated manner , providing residential, business and commercial facilities in an attractive and comfortable environment with distinct views.

This project aims on attracting padestrians from King Abdullah Street and Al Curniche Street to bring them into a place with high social interaction.

The project is a urban residential complex which there are residential units with different classification in terms of area and number of rooms available in the residential unit and has elements and facilities to ensure that the needs of different users . And we will work on the project site and make it offers value to the neighborhood , the project is located in Al-shatai district neighborhood in the north of Jeddah. It is one of the neighborhoods with a good average population density , we will discuss the social situation and the full environment studies, which will explain the advantages of the site and some of the disadvantages .

Urban Residential Complex The project The project deals specifically with the theme Urban Residential Complex, It also investigates ways in which complex housing compound and its internal and external spaces can be generate the quality of living in a way to serve the residents within context.

Al-shatai district - Jeddah Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .

Total area: Critera • There are many types of units that suit the population. • Connect the location with the outside like the walkway and the beach. • Provide misleading green spaces. • Offers a great view of the quality of spaces.

The University of Melbourne need this project to achieve some of strategic objectives which relating to the posi- tioning of the MSD and ABP and because of tvhe current building of the faculty is out ot date and does not reflect the function and the identity of the faculty.
