Undertake design project from concept to completion. Meet with clients to ascertain the intended functions and appearance of each space.
Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans. Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, Colour coordination, mood boards/ sample approvals etc.
Negotiate fees and set schedules for the project. Make B.O.Q. and place orders for materials. (Reduce 5% of the cost by eliminating material Leftover)
Work closely with construction workers and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practice
Make detailed shop drawings for fit-out plans via AutoCAD, SketchUp. Render and present design 3ds Views to clients via 3D Max, Illustrator and Photoshop. Increase 10% of income by attracting new clients through the 3ds views provided.
