The handleless kitchen
MatrixArt is Nolte’s design-focused, handleless kitchen: A maximum of two horizontal finger pulls create a particularly clean, graphical design. Tall units also give you the option of including vertical finger pulls. On request, all finger pulls can be illuminated, accentuating the kitchen’s lines with stunning effect. You can select from all colours that are also available for our carcase decors: choose strong contrasts or tone-in-tone, delicate eye-catchers or striking highlights.
Handle or no handle – that is the question
With this product range you can go classic with handles as customised eye-catchers or handleless with clean lines and a minimalist design –all carcase heights are available in a MatrixArt version.

From a classic look with 15 cm high drawers and the new 25 cm and 40 cm high pull-outs, to a design-focused symmetrical style with variations such as 40/40 cm, 20/20/40 cm or 20/20/20/20 cm –Matrix 800 offers the perfect choice for any taste. And the best feature of this product range?

Student’s pad –smart storage planning
Students and career starters often have only a small room to call their home. The key here is to keep calm and plan the one-room flat with a strategy. In these cases, it makes sense to plan storage space vertically – from floor to ceiling. Some advice: make use of the full room height and consider using wall units with a height of up to 135 cm when planning the space. Extra deep wall units and base units also provide valuable additional storage space.

Maren (@marenwolf) and Tobias Wolf (@tobiaswolf) are content creators with passion and style. They take their community with them into their everyday lives, share their love for interior design and show how beautiful those genuine moments can be. In their home, they allow their followers a glimpse into their family life, work and interior design –and show how a sense for beauty makes it easy to design a kitchen and living spaces with a loving hand and a modern and authentic ambiance.
Maren and Tobias, why don’t you introduce yourselves?
Maren: I’m Maren Wolf. I’m a mum, married and have been using social media for 16 years.
Tobias: And I’m Tobias Wolf and I’ve been a dad and a content creator for five years. In some ways, Maren was my introduction to this world. I also love motorsports, technology, and I’ve got a good eye for detail.
Why don’t you tell us what your early days on social media were like for you?
Maren: In 2009 I started using social media, in 2012 I met my husband – it was a love story for the movies. We met at his work and sparks flew. Originally my plan was to travel to American with a one-way ticket in December to advance my skills with a camera. But after four months in our relationship, I returned. In 2013 we decided to give social media a go together – Tobi quickly came to love it and gave me tons of support.
Tobias: At the start it was a bit risky for me, because I didn’t know what I was getting into. I wasn’t self-employed at the time after all. But that’s how I started my self-employed work!
What does your social media content look like?
Maren: We show our life just the way it is – authentic and close to everyday life. When it comes to building our home, Tobi usually has a little more to say because he was more strongly involved. We like being creative together, get inspired by current trends and are always up for fun. Our home is where I can access my creativity most thoroughly – at home we often sit down together, talk, share ideas and discuss everything. We find it easy to balance work and family life.
Where do you get your inspiration?
Maren: I let Tobi make a lot of the plans and give him space to do so. In our old house, I unfortunately didn’t always listen to him and
I regretted it in the end. In our current house, he took on a lot of the tasks, for instance planning the kitchen. I picked the furniture so we were supporting each other really well.
And what was your approach to planning your kitchen?
Tobias: When we were wondering how to design our kitchen and who might be the best partner for the task, Nolte was at the very top of our list. Our expectations were exceeded, because, to be honest, the matter of our kitchen left us a little baffled at first. But when we checked out the showroom, that’s when the excitement really hit: The variety of materials and the exceptional selection really blew us away. Maren visibly flourished and that’s when I knew: This is where we’re meant to be!
Maren: You can get everything there, from A to Z, in any variant and design. It feels like there’s no limits – so just what you need to make your thoughts and visions come true.
What elements were particularly important to you in your design?
Maren: For me, the looks were especially important: I wanted a beautiful, bright kitchen with a warm wooden front and a large kitchen island. Tobi likes things neat and tidy so he made sure there was plenty of storage space. It was also his ideas to have two fridges and a dishwasher at a convenient working height. I think together with Nolte we created our absolute dream kitchen

With love for detail and a keen intuition for design, Zeynep and her family built a home that combines modern minimalism and cosiness. In 2024 you made your dream of owning your home come true. Is there a story behind your home being built?
The journey to our own home was a mix of big dreams, intense planning and challenges. We wanted to create a home that is not just modern, but also reflects our personal style and has space for our family life. One particularly exciting part was to combine these different ideas and turn the empty space into a place where we get inspiration every day. Our home tells our story and is the result of hard work and our love for details. My interior design style is a combination of modern flair, minimalism and timeless elegance. I love clean lines, subtle colours and natural materials that radiate peace and balance. At the same time I like to add highlights using unique decorative elements that give rooms personality. My aim is to create an atmosphere that is both stylish and inviting and instantly makes you feel at home.
How come you chose a Nolte kitchen in this style?
Choosing a Nolte kitchen was a deliberate choice and the result of a lot of pondering and many comparisons. I immediately fell in love with the quality and timeless design. I was particularly inspired by the option of adapting the kitchen fully to our needs and our style. What makes Nolte so special for me is the perfect balance of beauty and function. The handleless design creates a modern, elegant look, while the high-quality materials and sophisticated style make sure that the kitchen is perfect for everyday life. It was also very important to me to select a kitchen that is long-lived and leaves space for personal touches at the same time.
What was most fun about planning?
The most fun thing was the creative process that turned an initial idea into a tangible reality, step by step. Selecting the materials, colours and fronts was particularly exciting because that allowed me to think about how all the elements work together and contribute to the overall aesthetics of the kitchen.
What is the most important function in your kitchen?
For me, the most important function is the perfect balance of organisation and suitability for everyday life. Each cabinet and each drawer have a clear task for us, so that everything has its place and working in the kitchen is efficient and fun. Another important element is the worktop. It has to be more than just durable and easy to clean. It also has to offer enough space for comfortable work.
Well-developed function makes sure that the kitchen is not just a workspace but a space where you truly feel at home.
What were three must-haves that absolutely had to be in your kitchen?

3. A well-thought-out organising system for the cabinets.
What is your favourite space in your home and why?
My favourite space in our home is definitely our kitchen. It is the heart of our home and doesn’t just connect us as a family, but also combines function and cosiness in a unique way. I spend a lot of time there, cooking, baking and sharing meals with my family. It’s a space that is not just practical, but full of life and beautiful memories. Whether we’re having fun conversations, are experimenting with new recipes or having a cosy breakfast together – our kitchen is a space that always feels like “home”.

LACQUERED LAMINATE
An extremely calm looking surface and optimum durability are characteristic of lacquered laminate. The fronts are made from an engineered wood panel with a lining lacquered in the course of the production process. High gloss or soft mat, just as you choose.

A high-quality, soft mat and extremely hard-wearing laminate surface with anti-fingerprint properties.
GENUINE LACQUER
High-gloss genuine lacquer fronts are lacquered in several coats and then polished to produce a sealed and particularly smooth surface. Besides high-gloss fronts, fronts are also available with a soft mat genuine lacquer finish. The latter captivates with its interesting feel.
GENUINE METAL
Genuine metal fronts give a kitchen authentic character: Several layers of a mixture of metal particles, resins and colour are applied to a base panel made of engineered wood and sealed with clear lacquer. On top of that, the result is magnetic for an additional wow effect.
GENUINE CEMENT
The unusual feel of this surface is produced by creating irregular depressions in a panel made of engineered wood. It is then hand-coated with cement, silica and coloured lacquer and afterwards additionally sealed with clear varnish. Robust beauty for combinations so very rich in contrast.
ACRYLIC GLASS
Acrylic glass fronts are designed to impress with their elegant, gleaming look and intense depth. The smooth surface with anti-fingerprint properties is particularly easy to maintain and clean. In addition, the fronts are more impact-proof than the lacquered version and significantly lighter in weight than real glass.
