PRODUCTION
Once ordered, your project goes to final engineering, any bespoke elements enter the detailed design phase for manufacture, the production process is triggered and manufacturing commences. The Construction Team commences liaising with you to co-ordinate site works, if included.
INSTALL
The site is secured, all safety precautions taken, and our professional installation and construction crew completes the site works for you.
CHECK
On completion, the site is prepared for handover, final quality checks are done and we provide you with your Warranty and Australian Standards Compliance Certification.

Choosing the Best Safety Surface for Your Playground
Safety surfacing is available in 2 broad groups: organic and non-organic.
Organic includes products such as mulch, bark chip, and sand. These types of surfaces blend with natural landscapes, stay cooler in the sun, and are lower cost but require maintenance.
Non-organic are manufactured products like rubber cushion, synthetic grass, and tiles or mats. They allow for a greater variety of patterns, colours, and play activities and are lower maintenance. However, they cost more and can get hot in direct sunlight.
Both have strengths, and you need to consider what will suit your project the best.
Careful planning and the right blend of safety surfacing will enhance both the safety and the overall look of your playground.

01. CHOOSE YOUR SITE
SLOPE
SkyRiders without platforms are suited for sloping sites. The height difference between the launch point and the landing point needs to substitute for the height of a platform. The SkyRider follows the contour and fall of the ground to provide speed.
FLAT
A flat site for SkyRider dictates the need for an elevated launch point. This can be provided by a platform supplied with the SkyRider or a built mound can also be used. This needs to be specified during planning.
LENGTH
Standard lengths of Moduplay SkyRiders are 25m and 40m, which does not include the frames and braces. Check our website for overall dimensions.
MOUNT POINTS
PLATFORM: Fitted with a climbing ladder and nonslip floor surface, available as single, double, and Inclusive Access (enquire for more details).
MOUND: Constructed during installation, a mound access SkyRider is a great way to blend in with the playscape and incorporate extra play value.
