ModuleWorks Dental CAM at IDS 2019

ModuleWorks Get There Faster.

ModuleWorks showcases the latest release of its dental CAM software at the IDS 2019 in Cologne, Germany (12-16 March 2019). ModuleWorks Dental Framework 2019 targets the major cost factors in dental labs and practices to increase profitability through simplified workflows, high-quality finishing and highperformance technology.

Simplified workflows The most efficient dental lab is the one that makes the best use of unified and easy-to-use workflows. ModuleWorks Dental Framework 2019 combines additive and subtractive manufacturing in a single solution to create a complete and fully-flexible dental CAM system with unified workflows that lets users select the best-suited and most cost-effective manufacturing process for each job. Fully configurable machining templates and a comprehensive tool library ensure easy and flexible job implementation for efficiently manufacturing a wide spectrum of dental indications

High quality finishing Manual finishing is often needed to ensure a high-quality, perfectly fitting and aesthetically pleasing end product, but manual finishing is time consuming and adds to the total production costs. The new ModuleWorks Automatic Undercut Rest Finishing minimizes the need for manual finishing by creating a precise toolpath that efficiently removes rest material from difficult-to-reach cavities and fissures in undercut areas. This significantly accelerates the production of high-quality dental indications with an excellent aesthetic finish.
