With fire in his veins and ambition that touched the stars, his sights were set on the crown jewel of listings: 94 W Park Place Drive. This wasn’t just any property; it was a stunning all-glass estate sprawling over 5000 square feet, with views that could steal the breath from the gods. However, the path to this prize was guarded by a titan of the industry, Janet Flinton whose reputation and success were as legendary as the properties she represented. Janet was a middle-aged mom of 2, divorced and career driven. Janet was a plus sized diva with allot of attitude.
Marquez knew he had to stand out, to do something so bold and unexpected that it would etch his name in Janet’s mind. He meticulously planned an open house that would redefine opulence, blending cutting-edge AI technology with the timeless elegance of the estate. This was a bold move because he used his last of his savings to execute such an event. The invitation to Janet was casual, yet laced with an undercurrent of challenge, a silent declaration of his arrival on the grand stage of real estate.
The open house was nothing short of a sensation, with Marquez playing the part, charming, knowledgeable, driven and undeniably hot. He worked the room entertaining all to grasp their attention. He wore a slim suit with the shirt buttons opened at the top exposing his nice pecks. A quick sidebar, Marquez lives in the gym, working out 5 to 6 days a week. His biggest attributes, his sexy abs and large package.
Janet, initially skeptical, found herself intrigued by this young upstart, his passion for the property mirroring her own. As the evening waned, their professional admiration sparked into a personal connection. Janet wanted to know more about Marquez.
As all the guests exited the open house. Marquez become very flirtatious with Janet and pushed her in one of the rooms. He then told her, “I know what you want, I’ve seen your eyes watching me all night!” After an intense session of hot and heavy kissing, Marquez said “Now take this D.” Janet in a lustful glare lifted up her skirt allowing Marquez to pull her panties down. As Marquez placed his large D inside of her. Janet yelled “I had no idea you were this big!” After a few minutes into their indiscretion, someone came back to the house saying “hello, hi. I think I forgot something, is anyone here?” Marquez jumped up, and says “hey get dressed, we have to go.” Surprisingly Janet says “No let’s finish, just be quiet.” Marquez looked at her like she was crazy and runs out the room to go help the person who came back. Janet laid there in complete lust, forgetting she was in a professional setting.
The next day, back in the office you can feel a shift in energy. The tides of fate began to shift. Marquez, ever the strategist, saw their encounter as a chess move, a step towards his ultimate goal. Janet, however, found herself ensnared by an obsession she hadn’t anticipated. The more she tried to pull Marquez into her orbit, the more he seemed to slip through her grasp, his eyes ever fixed on the horizon of his ambitions.
She stared at him at every chance she got watching everything he was doing. Marquez knew he had her, and it was time for him to make his offer. “Listen Janet, I see you staring at my package all day, so unprofessional.” As he smiles letting her know he approves. “I think we need to finish what we started. Dayum I didn’t know your body was that built under those dress shirts.” As she stares in complete lust. “Hey young lady, control yourself.” As he giggles. “I have a proposition for you, I will give you what you want if you’ll split Park place with me.” Janet started laughing. “Ummm that’s mine playboy, I guess I’ll pass.” Janet getting one last good stare, walked out of the office with confidence. Marquez knew it would be just a matter of time before she would come back to him.

One night late at the office as the team was clearing out, Marquez stood behind Janet at the doorway. They were the last two to exit and he grabbed her and pulled her back in the office. At that point, he pulled out his package and slid it up her skirt. She leaned back, allowing it to happen not resisting at all. As he started to put it inside, she started to moan. He said “oh I forgot, I’m not the co-agent of Park Place. Let me put this monster away.” Janet said “Listen I would need more than just one night.” Marquez said “let’s go to your house and talk about it.”
Marquez got the job done. 3 rounds of mind blowing sex in which Janet was screaming the whole time. She was begging for breaks which Marquez did not give her. When they finished, Janet said, “listen, I’m going to add you to all of my listings. It’s important that I keep you happy.” Just like that Marquez was in complete control.
The dynamics at the firm grew strained, the air charged with unspoken tensions and whispered rumors. The entire office saw how Marquez controlled Janet, completely getting what ever he wanted. Janet, once the unassailable queen of the real estate scene, found her focus fracturing, her thoughts consumed by Marquez. It wasn’t long before the inevitable happened. Janet showed up at Marquez’s home, begging for sex. Marquez told her, one last time and park place is completely mines. You will not believe this, but Janet obliged giving in to her lustful temptations. After this Marques ended the sexual encounters. Janet was shocked and had a hard time accepting this. Janet then began buying gifts and sending money to Marquez. All for nothing as he was through!
The obsession became too much; the firm that had been her realm for years now felt like a prison keeping her from the man she desired. Janet started to miss work, trying to secure her emotions.
With a heavy heart with unrequited obsession and a career she could no longer navigate, Janet made the painful decision to step away from the firm, leaving behind the world she had dominated for so long. The legend of Marquez and Janet became a whispered tale of caution and intrigue, a reminder of the thin line between ambition and obsession.
Marquez watched Janet’s departure, his heart racing not with remorse but with exhilaration for the path he had carved. His innovative approach had clinched the prized 94 W Park Place Drive listing, igniting a thrill that eclipsed any previous victories. He recognized the power of allure in his arsenal, viewing it not as exploitation but as a strategic tool in his ambitious ascent.
Two weeks after Janet’s unexpected exit, Marquez was riding the high of an all-cash offer on the Park Place estate. The office buzzed with excitement, and as they gathered to celebrate, a video suddenly started to play. It was Janet, her voice ringing out, “Hey Marquez, remember me? I hope you’re enjoying this victorious day.” Marquez, amidst laughter, wondered aloud, “What’s is she on now?” Janet’s laughter echoed through the room, “Well, just a little heads up. Our agreement had a special little condition.”
Confused, Marquez watched as Janet revealed the twist. “If our partnership was severed before the estate sold, all commissions would default back to me.” Doubt and disbelief washed over Marquez as he bolted to his office, scouring the contract for verification. His heart sank as he realized Janet’s words were true; she had outsmarted him at his own game.
With a mix of shock and admiration, Marquez collected his belongings and left the office, the laughter and the reality of Janet’s ultimate play echoing in his mind.
